Week #8 was an extremely busy weekend! A number of the coaches were involved on Saturday vs Estonia where Luxembourg powered to a 64 – 0 victory over Estonia. There was plenty of involvement from those who have been with the Little Lions since the beginning. Jean-Baptiste Vert and Yared Ketema both nipped in for two tries each, with Yared showing our Little Lions how to dive in properly in front of a packed stand. Unfortunately Max Dozin departed late in the first half with an injury, good news is he will be back alive and kicking after the Christmas break. Thanks to James as well for his support with the Little Lions and in particular the National team.
It was also fantastic to see a number of our Little Lions down spectating and getting a feel for the game of rugby. As most of the guys who play will tell you, you can’t beat playing at Josey Barthel under the lights. Top work from Liam, Tony and Michael and the energy they bring coaching our Little Lions. Thank you for all your support and we look forward, as always, to seeing you next Sunday.
